*Appointments are limited - we experience high volumes at the beginning & end of every month (for residents moving in/out) and during holidays - we recommend booking your appointment 2 weeks in advance during PEAK times. Our move-in and move-out cleanings are designed to leave the apartment fully cleared, cleaned, and ready for the next resident. Unless otherwise instructed, our teams may dispose of or remove items remaining in the apartment that appear abandoned, discarded, or intended for disposal. Move in/out cleanings entail courtesy discarding of a few, small items. The removal of larger items like mirror, appliances and furniture may incur an additional fee.
**Displayed pricing is only a guideline - our Deep Cleaning Associate must inspect the condition of the space and submit existing condition photos to a Housekeeping Manager who will reach out with updated pricing & timelines.
***Commercial grade solvents & agents may be used so it is recommended that the space is vacant during the duration of cleanings. Cleaning solutions may not be substituted.

Disclosures
Our team is incredibly thorough - please allow 2-9 hours for a comprehensive cleaning depending on your apartment size and requested services.
Appointment scheduling requires a valid form of payment. An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card at the time of scheduling. You may cancel or reschedule your service without penalty 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning.
There is a service cancellation fee for any appointments canceled within 48 hours or missed appointments including inability to gain apartment access. Please authorize access as required by your building management. Review full cancellation policy here.
To provide our housekeeping team with living wages, promotional codes do not apply to one time housekeeping appointments.
Please note that we allow a one hour window of arrival to help our team deal with the unpredictability of traffic, parking, previous booking taking longer than expected or other surprises.
