Prices below have been accurately provided to the best of our ability. Certain items require further examination for an exact cost. They are subjected to change based on: special materials (i.e velvet), leather/fur trimmings, sequins & delicate accessories, pleats, staining and age. There may be additional charges as we take special care to perform more complex cleaning.

LOST & DAMAGE POLICY (SIGNATURE SERVICES)
We will propose a current estimated value and offer up Full Compensation in accordance with our PureSpace Insurance Policy.
We understand that sometimes, pieces are invaluable. An heirloom gown cannot be purchased nor estimated. In these scenarios, we will ask our Signature Services Tailoring Team to clone your piece and attempt to give you some semblance of a replacement.
LOST & DAMAGE POLICY (preferred services)
Our Preferred Services Policy limits compensation to (x10) the cost of services rendered.
The nature of our industry is tough. We deal in depreciating duds in massive numbers. Our plant has processed over a MILLION articles of clothing in its lifetime. As the wise Forrest Gump once said - “Sh*t Happens. Sometimes.”
PureSpace follows the standards and policies set forth by the Fabricare Industry and the International Fabricare Institute. We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. We cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics.
Claims must be made within 10 days of the order. Upon the commencement of a claim, there will be a 10 day waiting period in order to assess damages, account for lost items, and/or calculate cost of said items in accordance with the Fair Claims Guide.

Our Value Services Policy limits compensation to (x5) the cost of services rendered.
Laundry is the roughest type of care out there. It wears out the textile of garments at breakneck speeds - the heat, the tumble. Things wear out, as all things do. If you experience any accelerated wear on your order that you believe to be unnatural, please send an email to QA@pure.space to start a claim (phone calls will be redirected).
Claims must be made within 5 days of the order. Upon the commencement of a claim, there will be a 10 day waiting period in order to assess damages, account for lost items, and/or calculate cost of said items in accordance with the Fair Claims Guide.
